Introduction
Welcome to ToolYour. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use browser tools, the REST API, MCP, and developer accounts.
Who We Are
ToolYour is a tools platform created by Abdul Wahab Raza. We provide MCP, REST, and browser access to capabilities for file conversion, SEO, documents, calculations, text utilities, and AI-assisted tasks. Our mission is to make practical tool execution accessible to agents, applications, and people.

Developer Accounts & ToolYour API
Developer accounts let you access API keys, usage dashboards, and paid plans. When you register or use the API:
- Account data: We store your name, email, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored securely; we never keep plain-text passwords).
- API usage: We log request metadata such as endpoint, timestamps, and quota usage to operate the developer platform, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and improve API reliability. We do not permanently store the contents of your end-users' files unless required to deliver a specific service.
- Billing data: Paid subscriptions are processed through our authorized billing provider. Payment details are collected securely at checkout. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, plan, and transaction references — not your full card number.
- Free web tools: Creating a developer account does not change how most free browser tools work. Those tools generally do not require login.
Manage your account from the developer dashboard. API-specific rules are in our API Terms. Questions: [email protected].
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information to provide our services:
- Account Information: Name, email, and profile details when you create a developer account
- Usage Data: How you interact with our website and tools — including pages visited, tools used, session duration, and feature usage — to understand what works and what we should improve
- Service & API Data: For developer accounts: API request metadata, quota usage, dashboard activity, and subscription status to operate our SaaS platform and deliver paid plans
- Improvement Data: Aggregated usage patterns, error reports, tool performance signals, and optional feedback you submit — used to fix bugs, improve reliability, and build better tools
- Contact Information: Name and email when you contact us through our form
- Tool Inputs: Files, URLs, and text you submit to run a tool. Some workflows process input in your browser; others send input to our servers (or fetch a public URL you provide) so we can return results. We keep tool inputs only as needed to complete the job, then discard them unless a feature explicitly requires temporary delivery storage.
How We Protect Your Data
Your security is our priority:
- Browser vs server processing: Some tools run entirely in your browser. Others — including many converters, SEO checks, and all REST/MCP calls — process inputs on our infrastructure to produce the result. Do not submit secrets or confidential data you are not comfortable sending over HTTPS.
- Limited retention of tool inputs: We do not keep tool uploads or generated files as a permanent personal archive. Temporary files may exist briefly to deliver downloads or complete a job, then are removed by our cleanup processes.
- Encrypted Connections: Data in transit uses HTTPS encryption.
- No Account Required for Web Tools: Most browser tools work without sign-in; accounts are optional for API and MCP access.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate ToolYour, deliver our SaaS developer platform, and make our tools better over time:
- Provide Services: Run free web tools, developer accounts, API keys, usage dashboards, and paid plans
- Improve Tools & Experience: Analyze how tools are used to fix issues, optimize performance, and prioritize features people need
- Operate SaaS Platform: Authenticate accounts, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and keep the API reliable
- Security & Abuse Prevention: Detect unusual activity, protect accounts, and maintain fair usage across the platform
- Communication: Respond to your inquiries, send service-related notices, and share product updates where appropriate
Product Improvement & SaaS Operations
To keep ToolYour useful and dependable, we gather and use certain operational data when you use our website, tools, or developer services. This helps us understand what to improve and how our platform is performing.
- Tool usage insights: We may review which tools are used most, where users encounter errors, and how long operations take — so we can improve speed, accuracy, and usability
- Developer platform data: If you have a developer account, we use API usage logs, plan consumption, and account activity to provide dashboards, billing, rate limits, and support
- Feedback & reports: Information you voluntarily submit — such as bug reports, feature requests, or tool feedback — may be used to diagnose problems and guide product decisions
- No sale of personal data: We use this information to run and improve ToolYour. We do not sell your personal information to third parties
