Frequently asked questions
Can I use the website tools without an account?
Yes. Our free online tools remain available in your browser without signing up. Developer accounts are only required for API access and usage tracking.
What counts as an API request?
Each successful API call (HTTP 2xx or 3xx) counts toward your monthly allowance. Failed requests caused by invalid input do not count unless otherwise stated for a specific endpoint.
Is there a rate limit on the Free plan?
Yes. Free accounts are limited to 5 successful API requests per rolling 60-second window, in addition to the 500 requests per month cap. Paid plans have higher throughput with no per-minute cap.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can change plans from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How do refunds work?
